Chef de Partie Pastry - 2AA Restaurant - 25k +WHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Chef de Partie Pastry Establishment: Two AA Contemporary Restaurant inside a 5* Hotel Average Covers: 80 lunch and 200 + for dinner Cuisine: modern British Brigade: 35 + within main kitchen and pastry Location: Central London (District or Circle Line)Salary: 25,000k per annum Shifts: 7 shifts per week Last orders: 11.00pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A competent Chef de Partie Pastry to work within a large team producing desserts for the restaurant, banqueting, afternoon tea and the bar.* A chef that is well organised and can work under pressure.* Someone who has worked in a professional kitchen for at least three years.* A chef that is used to large volume.* A reliable, hard working and career driven individual.* Previous experience cooking British cuisine would be desirable.
