The Montpelier and The White Horse, two lovely pubs in the heart of Peckham Rye are currently looking for 2x Full Time Chef de Partie.

What we are looking for-
- A genuine passion for British seasonal produce and an understanding of current London food trends.
-experience in a similar environment/experience in cooking high quality British cuisine at a Chef de Partie level or above.
- The ability to run the pass on quieter shifts.
- Exceptional eye for detail/very high standards.
- Good understanding of food safety/health and safety procedures.
