We are looking for a career stable and passionate chef de partie to join our kitchen brigade within a prestigious contract caterer.
As chef de partie you will have worked in quality fresh food led restaurants or other contract catering work with previous London experience at chef de partie level. You will demonstrate a stable work history with the ability to work on all sections as required. You will ensure your section runs smoothly. This role will include all of the normal Chef de Partie duties. Good food knowledge is essential and HSE is paramount, you will receive training by a fantastic executive chef with a long and Distinguished background in contract catering. 20 Days paid holidays plus all bank holidays off. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, Flexible chef willing to learn in a big brigade and progress to the next level. Immediate start for the correct candidate. £10.75 per hour plus paid overtime.
