Chef De Partie Mediterranean Restaurant London GBP25k - GBP27kThis is an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the talented brigade of young enthusiastic chefs in this Mediterranean fine dining restaurant producing food to AA Rosette/Michelin level in the heart of London.As Chef de Partie, you will closely with the Sous Chefs in delivering amazing food using the best produce, you will also assist with training junior members of the brigade and take full responsibility of your designated section.The ideal Chef de Partie will need to have at least 2 years previous experience as a chef de Partie or at Rosette/Michelin level with experience working on a busy grill section.
