We are seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to part of the team at Hally's in Parsons Green.
Hally’s is an exciting cafe-restaurant in the Fulham area, serving fresh, innovative, Californian-inspired food.
We demand creative applicants with high attention to detail, a passion for food and a desire to grow.
Your background will be in restaurants where food is the complete focus. You will understand that in a successful kitchen creativity a major part of the jigsaw and that consistency and organisation are equally important in delivering great food to customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a small team who want to deliver great food, drinks and service to a knowledgeable, local clientele.
Skills
• A creative brain focused on fresh, light and punchy ingredients
• Very hardworking with strong attention to detail
• Good literacy and numeracy
• Must have a strong command of English You must:
• Ensure your section is run as instructed and efficiently
• Hygiene and healthy and safety are followed at all times. Up to date healthy and hygiene certificate is an advantage.
• Follow orders from Head Chef and Sous Chef
• Carry out such further reasonable tasks as may from time to time be expected of you by the General Manager and the Directors
