Charlotte's Group is an independent, award-winning, leading British hospitality group, with 3 different sites in West London and we are currently recruiting for Chef de Parties at Charlotte's W5, Dicken's Yard in Ealing Broadway.
Charlotte’s W5, launched in January 2021, is a 170 seat restaurant, bar and café, situated in a bright, modern, lovingly restored Victorian stable block in Ealing. It is a celebration of craft and provenance, awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand 2022, The Good Food Guide 2022 and shortlisted Restaurant and Bar Design Awards 2021. The menu runs through the day from breakfast to dinner and we are known for our seasonal menu and grill dishes.
Charlotte’s Group is an independently owned award winning British Hospitality Group. We currently operate 3 sites in West London. We work with great British ingredients from the best suppliers and seasonality and sustainability is a theme which runs throughout the Group.
There is a full-time position, with 2 days off, as per the Rota which is created weekly. Please also feel free to contact us if you are looking for a part time role instead (working mostly evenings and weekends, 25 - 30 hours per week)
Expect the earliest start time to be 7am and the latest finish time approximately/up to midnight.
The ideal candidate:
Dedication and a willingness to push on through the rough and the smooth.
A genuine passion for food, a flair and enthusiasm for cooking with fresh quality ingredients.
Someone who enjoys having a laugh at work whilst driving to maintain the highest standards everyday.
Solid knowledge of British seasonal ingredients.
Good verbal and written communications skills.
