We are looking for a strong Chef de Partie to join the team in our West London restaurant.
Responsibilities will include mise en place, ordering, cleaning and the complete running of your section.
Seasonally based menu with daily specials, using exceptional produce and a large focus around a charcoal oven.
experience is necessary, but full training will be provided.
