Chef De Partie for Soho Bistro

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie.
EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF!
We want happy and productive chefs so we give our chefs a regular shift pattern that includes one weekend off every two weeks
Blanchette is a french bistro serving simple, classic and inventive french food. Our concept is based on sharing, from smaller snacks such as Croque Monsieur, Crispy Frog's legs, Charcuterie and cheese, to larger traditional dishes with a Blanchette twist.
To work partially managed on any section in the kitchen, maintain and monitor standards of the section and supervise any commis and chef de partie working within the section.To assist the kitchen management in maintaining all systems, standards and control. Maintain a professional working relationship with all other members of staff. There is potential for promotion once these objectives are realised.
We offer very competitive pay, paid hourly! Up to £9.50 per hour depending on experience.
