What we are looking for: We are looking for a capable Chef de Partie to assist the kitchen in producing high quality seasonal British food in their section. We are looking for a team player who is punctual and organised. A good knowledge in food hygiene and health and safety will be necessary in this role. Everything is made in house so cooking fresh seasonal food is essential. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and a great career opportunity to grow in our new kitchen team!
About us: The Chancery is an exciting and forward thinking family run independent gastro pub in Beckenham that seats up to 40-50 in the restaurant and a function room that holds up to 60. We have been open nearly three years building up lots of local customer clientele, keeping a small but seasonal menu and offering a specials board creating an opportunity for chefs to do something a little different and creative.
