A Position of chef de Partie with immediate start is required for this excellent restaurant and trendy Bar situated in the affluent suburbia in South east London. This establishment has a regular trade of customers since 1986 and serving up to 85 covers per service at peak times with an innovative daily changing menu plus modern bar snacks and grills.
The menus are created using the best of seasonal produce and has regular changing specials on offer.
You would be part of a long established team of 4 chefs de parties, 1 pastry chef, 1 commis and 3 KP's. The ideal candidate for this job would be a proven Commis Chef looking for their first Chef de Partie role. You must be from a strong fine dining background.
