We are an extremely busy fish restaurant in the heart of Borough Market at London Bridge and wish to hire an experienced and organised chef de partie, responsibilities will be for the desserts and cold starters, ceviche, Seared tuna, oysters, crème Brulee, chocolate mousse, fruit etc we also wish to change and expand our desserts so input from your experience will be very welcome.
We are looking for a professional and experienced chef. Ideally, someone who wishes to progress in their career,
You will need to be of a calm disposition combined with the ability to work and communicate under pressure in this busy and friendly environment.
