Looking for a new adventure? We have an open position for a chef to join our small but growing team in Clapham Common.
We founded Tart to bake the finest savoury tarts in the land, dishing them up with imaginative salads that our customers love. Our brunch menu and sweet baked goods are also very popular.
The main responsibilities of the chef are:
- Baking large batches of our savoury tarts to supply our two stores. Hence, we're looking for an all-rounder with some interest in pastry.
- Brunch service: we're very busy Friday to Monday creating the brunch beauties you can see in our Insta feed.
- Salad and general veg preparation
- Supporting the production of our cake range.
- Supporting our second shop in East Dulwich with the occasional shift there.
We offer approximately 35-40 hours, all day-time. The role would suit someone at the Chef-de-Partie level, who enjoys baking tarts and wants to help us improve our offering whilst learning from the team. We offer a competitive wage, good tips, pension plan and opportunities to advance as our company grows.
