A prestigious private member’s club with two restaurants, various bars and function rooms has an opportunity for an experienced and professional Chef de Partie to work in its Brasserie style Bar and Restaurant.
As a Chef de Partie you will:

Be experienced and have worked at least 4 years as a Chef de Partie in a 5 star (hotel) or similar establishment.
The ability to work on your own
High standards of cooking
Classically trained
Attention to detail and adaptability
Have a very calm manner when under pressure.
