Chef de Partie for Aubaine Kensington High Street

As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for managing a section, with the assistance of the Demi Chef de Partie and Commis Chef. You will ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the specific restaurant standards to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen operation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are seeking to develop their kitchen career! You will be provided with internal training and coaching to support you in your professional development in order for you to become a great chef.
As a Chef de Partie your main duties will be:
• Ensure that the correct mise en place is ready for each service according to Company standards
• Adhere to recipes and specifications in order to maintain consistency and ensure all Company standards are met
• Maintain a detailed well-rounded knowledge of the full menu and be able to explain all dish descriptions and their allergen information
• Ensure that all cooking processes are adhered to with attention to speed and quality
• Ensure that all food items prepared by the commis chefs and demi chef de parties are up to the Company standards
