The White Hart is Stoke Newington’s favourite Local in North London’s bohemian and family friendly area. With a massive beer garden out the back, The White Hart is a grand old pub that does what pubs do best – serves a broad range of drinks and decent food whilst providing a unique meeting point for the community. DJs, live bands, events in the function room and live sports make this a popular local.
About the CDP role

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus.
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Great cooking skills
A cool head
An ability to delegate appropriately
Organisational flair
A grasp of profit margin
