We've a position available for a fantastic and hard working Chef de Partie.
We offer great benefits and a competitive starting rate of £9/hr with loads of growth potential.
About you:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated CDP who has good experience within a quality gastro pub or brasserie. You must have the ability and confidence to assist the sous chef and head chef, and a broad level of skills that allows you to be able to work on different sections, and to maintain all areas of work in a clean and tidy way.
Must haves
• Have worked with fresh food and seasonal produce
• Be organised and have good initiative
• Reliable and able to work on task alone
• Clean and presentable
• An eye for presentation
