Here at The Phene we currently have a position available for a Chef de Partie.
The Phene is a stunning pub dating back to 1853 with 2 restaurant areas, a large leafy garden and 2 private dining rooms. On top of our a la Carte dining we host formal dinners and canapé and drink receptions several times a week, keeping our skilled kitchen team busy and constantly challenged.
We change our menus seasonally, all food is freshly prepared in house, and we source quality produce from small suppliers.

We are looking for a bright, hard-working CDP who has good experience within a quality fresh-food establishment. You must have the ability and confidence to assist the sous chef and head chef, and a broad level of skills that allows you to be able to work on different sections, and to maintain all areas of work in a clean and tidy way.
Must haves

• Have worked with fresh food and seasonal produce
• Be organised and have good initiative
• Reliable and able to work on task alone
• Clean and presentable
• An eye for presentation
