Medlar has been open for 7 years now in which time we have received exceptional reviews and won numerous awards, including 3 AA rosettes, AA Restaurant of the year and previously a Michelin star.
We cook European food with a basis in French technique. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and keen to learn. We have a team of 10 chefs to run 5 sections in the kitchen. The position involves working 4 double shifts with 3 days off per week. For this a salary of around £25,000 per annum gross is offered. If your time here was a success your salary would be reviewed accordingly.
We provide trousers, cloths, jackets and aprons but not shoes or knives. Holiday is 5.6 weeks per year.
