Craft London is a combined site where we run a restaurant, bar and cafe in unison across 3 levels of the building.
The Cafe on the ground floor is serving homemade bread, pastries and breakfast menu items as well as boasting a clay pizza oven with a roastery for the coffee in a very relaxed friendly atmosphere.
Our restaurant is a celebration of great British seasonal produce with a working kitchen garden, hot/cold smoke house, in house butchery where we work very closely with our suppliers changing our menu on a weekly basis. We also do a fair amount of foraging with the use of fermentation around every corner to develop flavour and see us through the winter months.
The outdoor terraced bar offers a seasonal bespoke menu of cocktails reflecting the same ethos from the restaurant with an ever changing Craft Beer offering overlooking the O2.
We are currently looking for a breakfast chef and a chef de partie who would like to join the team. The ideal candidate should:
- have 2 years experience working in London restaurants with a minimum 2 AA Rosette standing (for chef de partie grill experience is a must)
- be passionate and self driven, willing to develop with the site and learn an array of new skills offered
- previously had experience in pastry/bakery
We offer a competitive salary with the basis of working 50 hours per week maximum. We are closed for the Christmas period from 23rd December until 3rd January. Daily staff meals and a family environment is a must.
