The team behind BAO is seeking a talented Chef de Partie for their brand new restaurant, which is bringing a new Asian dining experience to Chinatown, Soho.
XU is a stylish, upscale and refined with an exciting menu that reflects the quality of locally-sourced ingredients. The 75-cover restaurant is split over 2 floors and the restaurant interiors a reinterpretation of a cinematic set in 1930s Taipei, Shanghai.
We will offer the successful Chef de Partie:
 Up to £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience;

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for creating outstanding dishes to wow our guests, maintaining stock levels, following HACCP procedures and training new and junior staff.
If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
 Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant;
 experience in or a passion for Asian cuisine (preferred but not essential);
 A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail;
 Passionate about hospitality and willing to learn new skills;
 Personable, motivated and an enthusiastic team player.
