This is an excellent opportunity for a keen, reliable Chef de Partie who wants to develop their cooking skills and knowledge of high quality seasonal produce. Our small team of talented chefs make everything on a daily basis, we even bake our own bread daily.
VINOTECA is a growing independent, high quality restaurant, wine bar and wine shop. We now have 5 sites each with a strong focus on combining high quality, characterful wine with seasonal modern European food and great service.
Each Vinoteca is authentic and individual, with its own character. Our chefs create Modern British dishes using locally sourced and European specialist ingredients. Food is as important to us as wine and makes up half of our sales

In return we are looking for Chef de Parties who
• Have a passion for food who love to cook for others every day.
• Are competent cooks who have experience preparing food from raw ingredients.
• Who want to progress further in their career, to learn and grow with us. Vinoteca is a growing company and always looks to promote from within when opportunities arise - we are opening a major new site later in the year.
• Are reliable and enjoy being and active part of a team.
• Have a mimumum of two years experience in the kitchen.
