The Role: Chef de Partie
We’re looking for candidates that can support the senior management in the Kitchen by ensuring quality products for all our hotel outlets. Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes at a very high level. A Chef de Partie will ensure the efficient running of service, ordering and waste control, supervise presentation standards, and liaise with senior chefs to create new dishes. Full competence with health and safety and food hygiene laws is required. Coherence with administrative operations such as, docket procedures, stations, table numbers and food labelling is a must.

You must have commercial wisdom and effective decisions without sacrificing the quality of our product. All candidates will be required to provide proof of right to work in the UK.
