Set to shake up the capital’s wine scene, Clarette is situated in one of London’s most vibrant and coveted locations - on the corner of Blandford Street and Manchester Street.
Based in the Sleek setting of an iconic townhouse, Clarette is a standalone project and the brainchild of a new generation of wine lovers, Alexandra Petit, of the Chateau Margaux family and leading restaurateur Natsuko Perromat du Marais.
An opportunity exists at our newest venture, for a passionate Chef de Partie.
Position Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role in a quality, fast-paced environment.
Excellent level of spoken English.
