Candidate profile
- As Chef de Partie you will have a strong and stable foundation in a restaurant or hotel environment.
- The ideal Chef de Partie will have some exposure to fine dining, be it in Michelin* restaurants or 5* hotels
- You will possess excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.Be creative, innovative and willing to go the extra mile !
- Show drive and passion for producing good quality food
- Pastry skills or knowledge would be a bonus
