Chef de Partie - Michelin STAR - Sundays OFFWHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Chef de Partie Establishment: 70 Cover Michelin Restaurant Average Covers: 20 lunch and 50 + for dinner Cuisine: modern European (refined)Brigade: 15 + within main kitchen and pastry Location: Tottenham Court Road (Bakerloo, Waterloo and Central)Salary: 24,000k per annum (all inclusive)Shifts: 7 shifts per week Last orders: 10:30pmEarliest Start: 8amWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A highly passionate and driven Chef de Partie that is confident to run a kitchen section.* A professional chef that is well organised and can work well within a team.* Someone who has worked within a professional food led kitchen kitchen for over two years.* A confident chef, that has acquired strong knife skills and the ability to work on more that one section.* A keen trainer and team motivator. Someone who works well within a team.* Previous experience cooking modern European cuisine would be desirable.
