This is a great opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie looking for more responsibility and wants to train as a Junior Sous Chef.

We are a busy Islington community pub that prides itself on quality through its beverages and classic British cooking. We offer a Rotisserie chicken menu with a choice of seasonal side dishes along side our weekly specials board. We have also earnt a reputation for serving fantastic Sunday roasts.

We are looking for a chef de partie  with at least 3 years experience who has worked in a similar role. A good knowledge of English pub food is essential.

Our ideal candidate must be ambitious with energy and enthusiasm in abundance, and display a passion for delivering high quality fresh food.
