Blueprint Living Apartmentsis currently seeking a full time Chef de Partie to join our team for the opening of our 4*Apart Hotel, Rockwell East in Aldgate. Our restaurant offers a fine dining experience and is open every day for Breakfast ,Lunch and Dinner.
The successful applicant will have previous experience and main duties are:
•Follow food hygiene principles
•Responsible for the everyday running of the kitchen.
•Maintain cooking area using 'clean as you go' principles.
•Ordering and monitoring supplies
•To deliver the orders in time
Competitive salary based on experience
Permanent Contract, 48 h + per week.
