We are looking for talented Chef de Parties to join our Restaurants, Bars and our Events kitchens at the Iconic Royal Albert Hall in South Kensington.

The Royal Albert Hall stands with the most iconic and acclaimed buildings in London, and hosts the world’s most acclaimed orchestras, ballets, musicians and artists in the world.
Since January 2011, rhubarb have been at the Royal Albert Hall providing all food and drink at one of the world’s most iconic venues. The Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants: Verdi Italian Kitchen, Coda by Eric Chavot and Elgar Bar and Grill, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and offers seated dinners for up to 2000 guests on a special raised floor in the auditorium.
We are now looking for talented Chef de Parties  and Demi Chef de Parties to join both our Restaurant teams, and our Events and Pastry Kitchens.

Job role:

In collaboration with your Head Chef and the team you will ensure consistency of producing bespoke dishes as per our customer needs.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new dishes for the menu.
Alongside the Head Chef you will be responsible for the food ordering and compiling off all invoices and stock rotation.
You are responsible for maintaining good food hygiene practices and due diligence as designated by legislation and the Head Chef’s specification to include all HACCP recording and documentation.

Candidate profile:

You will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
You should be certified in H and S; level 2 and Food Safety level 2 and ideally possess a Food safety level 3 certificate.
You will be an excellent team player, able to communicate at all levels and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills.
You will be proficient within MS office, display great attention to detail and are methodological in your work approach.
