We are looking for someone that is passionate about casual dining and has the ability to turn great pub classics, into something a bit special. We need someone that's hard-working, reliable and passionate, to join our small, friendly and dedicated team. We make all our food in house from our bread all the way through to our ice cream so is a great place to learn in a variety of areas.
We are looking for someone:
* With experience, ideally within the Pub/ Casual dining/ restaurant sector.
* With the desire to move from Chef de Partie to Sous Chef.
* Who can take part in the redevelopment of the kitchen, giving ideas and advice.
* Willing to learn Kitchens systems and processes - ordering stock, managing deliveries, compiling cleaning rotas, keep relevant documentation up to date.
* Able to ensure consistency and quality of food to all customers.
* To work alongside Management/Head Chef in driving sales and managing costs/ profitability.
* Qualified to Level 2 food and safety
* With the right personality to fit in with our fun and friendly team, ideally possessing a good sense of humour and able to bring a sense of fun, while remaining professional.
