The Grove, Ealing is a 1 Rosette holding gastropub located on Ealing Green near the Broadway and Ealing Film Studios.
Our Head Chef and his team take inspiration from classic British flavours to modern dining trends. With a strong focus on using local British produce we create menus that change according to the seasons and use only the best our suppliers can deliver us and actively encourage all of our chefs to be involved in the development of our food mentality.
We are inviting driven and committed chefs with a passion for seasonal cooking to join our team! We are recruiting for both Chef de Partie and junior sous level chefs.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar environment and be enthusiastic about working in a busy kitchen with extremely high standards for quality and freshness of produce. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for managing sections and developing the team. The Chef de Partie is an important role and supports the Head Chef in maintaining and delivering our high standards of quality and presentation of food while being given the room to develop and create on our menus.
Work patterns vary from lunch shifts to evening shifts with the occasional double. Weekends are a must. General weeks consist of 48 hours. There are good transport links to the pub with Ealing Broadway station a short walk away and a main bus hub located there as well. To begin work with us you will need right to work in the UK, your own bank account, a valid national insurance number and current photographic ID.
