As the Chef de Partie you will assist the other chefs with general running of the kitchen, and all food prep. You will need to have creative flair and can work within a large team and competent in all sections of the kitchen. This is a role for a Chef de Partie who is hungry to learn.
Essential skills required are management skills, a true team player and the ability to create great plates of food. You will be thirsty to learn and appreciate just what a great opportunity this is.

Job Description:

Act on all aspects of kitchen development.
Ensure there is a high standard of cleanliness, maintenance and safety in the kitchen at all times.
Provide assistance to the Head Chef/Sous Chef to help ensure the smooth running of foodservice operations.
Create high quality food to meet guest expectations and to maintain company standards.
Take a responsible approach towards timekeeping and attendance at work to ensure the department runs efficiently at all times.
Work flexibly to develop individual knowledge and assist in the event of absence cover, and allow service standards to be maintained.
Ensure that our guests receive an exceptional level of service and quality food and want to return.
Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues in the kitchen and other departments.

Applied Knowledge and Specialist Skills:

A chef with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar property.
experience in A la Carte cooking.
Must be able to fit well into the team.
A steady career path to date showing good progression driven by proven success.
