Bone Daddies is a fast-growing group of successful restaurants across London. We are not a chain but a group of related restaurants and we run them under different concepts to deliver different experiences; each having their own individual specialties – from our Bone Daddies’ ramen to Flesh and Buns’ sushi and steamed buns and Shackfuyu’s Bento Boxes and Kinako French toast.
Due to employee growth and development within the business, we are now on the lookout for a Chef de Partie to join the Shackfuyu team in Soho!
The ideal person will have at least 1-year experience in a high-volume, fresh-food kitchen and have a real love for using quality ingredients.
You will work well as part of a team as well as in your own capacity and have an eye for detail. You will be a key player in the team and help support the growth and development of other chefs.
You do not need experience with Japanese cuisine, however, a willingness to learn is essential.
In Return you will receive:
- Competitive hourly rate (£9.00 - £10.50 depending on experience)
- 5.6 Weeks (28 Days) paid holiday
- Staff meals and drinks provided on shift.
- 50% Staff discount to dine in all of our restaurants.
- 2 Staff parties per year and regular team activities.
All applicants will be required to prove they are eligible to live and work in the UK.
