We offer our famous slowed cooked bbq ribs, pulled pork and smoked chicken alongside craft Beers and quirky cocktails served with Southern hospitality and blues, country and rock ‘n roll.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. Previous bbq experience is not essential but you will have worked in a fast-paced kitchen previously and be able to be a strong support to our Head Chef.
On target earnings = £10 - £11 per hour (includes tronc + holiday pay paid hourly)
