My client is a major contract caterer and they are recruiting for a Chef de Partie at this blue chip site in the City.
At this globally renowned law firm my client provide a comprehensive catering offer incorporating a staff restaurant catering for up to 1000 covers daily via breakfast and lunch offers, a coffee bar, coffee pod, extensive hospitality, client dining rooms and an Italian Trattoria.

They are looking to bring on board a strong Chef de Partie to oversee their conference and banqueting kitchen. Chef de Parties would work with a junior chef to manage the daily business including buffet and sandwich breakfasts and lunches for up to 250 covers.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with an understanding of banqueting operations and room service.

Chef de Parties should be comfortable working to volume and on multiple events at the same time.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie with the initiative to plan and run the daily business whilst ensuring the quality standards never slip.

Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
Salary: circa £24k
