Reporting to the Staff Restaurant Head Chef, you will be responsible for predominantly the staff restaurant for this busy international law firm.
Working in a brigade of 4, working flexibly to deliver a breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
To partake in delivery of the highest food standards on a daily basis, in keeping with both areas of the business and exceed both client and Lexington expectations.
Innovate and implement new ideas within the food offer, in order to maximize sales, create customer loyalty and continually develop the customer experience.
To communicate effectively with the team to ensure they understand the parameters of the business through Lexington’s and the Client’s objectives.
Responsible for maintaining all health and safety and food safety procedures in line with company policy and expected client standards.
Personal Spec
Good knowledge of restaurant food services and a passion for food and current food trends.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own work load.
Flexibility for working overtime in hospitality if required.
A welcoming and out-going attitude, that can inspire others.
Knows ‘what Lex looks like’, with an exceptional eye for detail.
Well-presented and at ease conversing with customers and clients – the kitchen is open plan and the position is customer facing during service time.
Previous Lexington experience in a similar sized operation and position an advantage.
Salary 24k for 40 hours a week
