Chef de partie required for a modern restaurant near Victoria station. The restaurant is serving modern British and European dishes, using fresh seasonal produce.

The role
As chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, cooking modern dishes including British and European dishes. The food you will use in your section will be fresh seasonal produce. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.

We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, ideally with a Rosette knowledge or similar.
