This brand new upbeat New York Deli style café and hot sandwich bar is seeking a capable CDP to strengthen the kitchen team.
Open 8.00am to 4.00pm 6 days a week the café serves artisan coffee, breakfast rolls and pastries, hot New York Deli sandwiches, In-house specials and NYC pancakes for both eat in and take away. This is a high volume fresh food operation and gets very busy at peak times, everything is cooked to order from an open theatre cook line. Everything is made properly to a high standard. There are no burgers and no chips.
We are looking for a hard-working, self-aware and enthusiastic chef with solid all-round kitchen skills and great attention to detail, comfortable and confident working in full view of the customers.
Interviews will include a trial shift; full menu training will be given.
Salary: £9.50 an hour
