We are looking for a Chef de Partie who can maintain an exceptionally high standard of output from the kitchen. We will train the Chef de Partie for maintaining a safe, hygienic and compliant kitchen environment.
A Chef de Partie at Frenchie Covent Garden is preparing, cooking and presenting dishes.
A Chef de Partie is also managing and training our demi Chef de Parties or commis working with her/him.
The Ideal Chef de Partie:
We want to invest in Chefs de Partie who are as passionate as us about gastronomy, great products and hospitality.
-A previous experience in a fine dining restaurant is preferred (as a commis or Chef de Partie)
-To be passionate about great food and quality ingredients.
-To be able to produce food to the highest standards.
-To be tidy, organised and personable
-To be calm under pressure
