Full Time Chef de Partie needed for a lovely pub in Borough. The Roebuck is part of Parched London, a small family of independent pubs around South London, offering great food and drink, a friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service.

High quality throughout with a distinctly British flavour.
40 Hours per week on average.

What we are looking for

A genuine passion for British seasonal produce and an understanding of current London food trends.
experience in a similar environment/experience in cooking high quality cuisine at Chef de Partie level.
Ideally a knowledge/passion for sustainable food and practises.
The ability to run the pass on quieter shifts.
Exceptional eye for detail/very high standards.
Good understanding of food safety/health and safety procedures.
