Bone Daddies is a fast-growing group of successful restaurants across London. We are not a chain but a group of related restaurants and we run them under different concepts to deliver different experiences; each having their own individual specialties – from our Bone Daddies’ ramen to Flesh and Buns’ sushi and steamed buns and Shackfuyu’s Bento Boxes and Kinako French toast.

Due to employee growth and development within the business we are now on the lookout for a Chef de Partieto join the Shackfuyu team in Soho.
The ideal person will have at least 1 year experience in a high-volume, fresh-food kitchen.
You will work well as part of a team as well as in your own capacity and have an eye for detail. You do not need experience with Japanese cuisine, however a willingness to learn is essential.
