My client wants to take on an ambitious regular or senior Chef de Partie. The Head Chef is looking to fill 2 vacancies with either CdP or snr CdP. The kitchen is a great environment to develop and learn and the team work very well together. Due to the reputation of the venue and good business all year round, the brigade will always receive more money over the year than the already healthy stated salary!
Rosette experience will be a benefit but the venue doesn’t subscribe to the AA so not essential. The style of cuisine is traditional British (with hints of classical French) and although the standard is very high a fine dining background is not essential.
The restaurant is very well known so will be a great addition to any CV and is often featured in films and TV shows.
Salary for the various positions start at –CdP £26,000 and Senior CdP £27,500.
