We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie and Demi Chef-de-Partie with previous experience in a similar role in busy restaurant environment.
True passion for food, drink and restaurants, knowledge of seasonal ingredients and British meat and produce will be advantageous.
Confidence in running all sections including ordering and mis-en-place.
Understanding of food safety standards and procedures and a keen desire to learn and progress in the industry.
