Forge are working with a fantastic contract caterer to recruit a Chef de Partie for a high profile site in Canary Wharf.
The site offers a plated bistro style service to the 1400 people on site. The clientele is from a diverse background across Europe and are very knowledgeable and passionate about their food hence the quality of the produce is excellent.
The role is predominantly focused on the staff restaurant with a small hospitality offer.
The Chef de Partie will be an integral part of the team of 9, managing a section and overseeing junior chefs.
We want to hear from CDP's or Demi CDP's looking for a step up. Interested in experience in contract catering, restaurants, hotels or events to high volumes.
We are looking for a team player who can use their initiative and is comfortable working in front of customers.
Salary: up to £23k
Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
