Zigfrid von Underbelly is a legend of a place in Hoxton Square. It's an independent live music and DJ bar with a restaurant and a notoriously quirky atmosphere.
We are looking for a CHEF DE PARTIE with at least 2 years experience to work alongside our talented head chef and progress into being able to run the shift.
Our small busy kitchen serves mainly bistro-style food with interesting vegetarian and vegan options.

Applicants must have:
- Fluent English;
- An interest in all types of food, and a willingness to experiment;
- At least two years of experience as a Line Chef;
- Desire for a new challenge with an up-an-coming head chef;
- Food hygiene level 2 is a plus, but training will be provided.
