We are looking for a passionate and organised Chef de Partie for our kitchen. It is imperative that you are a team player with a cool head, an ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure and are able to cope with kitchen production. We are a busy gastro pub/restaurant serving fresh, high quality dishes. You will be required to maintain the highest standards of food quality and consistency.
