Ideally, the Demi Chef should have previous experience working in a busy independent restaurant and have a good understanding of high standards as well as:
- A real passion for food and cooking.
- Loves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Has experience working in London restaurants
- Wants to create exciting food and develop menus.
- Excellent knowledge of hygiene and HACCP regulations
The Role…
• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
• Managing and training any commis working with you
• Helping the other team members to develop new dishes and menus
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
