is a stylish Italian restaurant near Borough Market.
The restaurant counts 40 seats inside and 24 outside.
We are open Monday to Saturday and welcome around 800 guests weekly.
The opening hours are 12pm-3pm; 6pm-10:45pm.
Our clientele varies from regular locals, offices, tourists and few families too.
The food we serve is real Italian, mostly Neapolitan.
We only use the best ingredients and top quality suppliers.
Everything is homemade and handmade.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have passion for food
- Have previous experience in a similar role and within a busy high end Italian restaurant FOR AT LEAST 1 Year (and TOTAL min experience in the kitchen of 2 years)
- Be very well organised
- Be Able to work under pressure and be Flexible (5 days out of 7)
- Ensure the highest standards are maintained
- Be an excellent team player
- Have experience with food stock and wastage limitation
- Be in possess of level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certification
