Kerbisher and Malt is currently recruiting for its original restaurant in Brook Green (Hammersmith/Shepherds Bush).
We are looking for cooks/chefs that have a proven track record of working in busy, high tempo service kitchens.
We are an award winning restaurant/take-away that specialises in Fish and Chips and would like the candidates to understand the position of this dish within the UK market.
It would be advantageous to have a Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene.
We are a young and expanding company (with 5 restaurants currently in London) and there are going to be many opportunities for growth and promotion within the company.
