We are looking for an experienced Cook / Chef to help take our Café forward.
The successful candidate will be required to:-
Cook food from fresh seasonal ingredients
Work on your own as well as in a team
Hot and Cold Food preparation
Cleaning and general kitchen hygiene
Stock taking
Ordering of produce
You must have experience of working in a fast moving, customer facing, catering environment, with food preparation and cooking and cash handling experience. You will be used to preparing and cooking quality food to exceptional standards
This is a busy and very challenging role requiring 100% commitment. If you enjoy a challenge, are highly organised, have excellent communication skills (written and spoken English), experience of working in a busy then this is the position and company for you.
