We are a small but busy pub in Smithfield area. We are looking for a dynamic chef/ cook willing working alone ( will get help at busy times) combining preparing food, cooking and managing kitchen.
Up to 30 hours per week, Mon - Fri, ( Lunch time)
£10 Per / hour
Your duties will be:

Keep high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Stock ordering
Practice of stock rotation, control and labelling.
Organization of kitchen, prep and delivery.
Managing menu
